I keep getting this error code. Pls I need help resolving this, I have literally tried everything recommended on all Forums including deleting antivirus, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, installing on battle.net, uninstalling and reinstalling my drivers, everything that is out there I have tried. I even reached out and made a support ticket and they told me to post here and try and get the devs to help me. Pls i love this game with my whole heart and would love to play again 
Idk how to post the Dxdiag im sorry but I have a Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 16-r0xxx . Thank you so much. If you need any more info ill respond asap.
