Since about a week or so I’m unable to send friend request to other players. Every time I try it says that my invite cannot be send due to an internal problem (5001). Can you help me please ?

Ive had the same issue for a while now, almost a month, i already tried cancelling the friend requests and erasing battlenet’s cache and nothing works, could you find anything?
