Error 208 001 is there a fix

I got this error and can’t play is there any way to fix it

I submitted a ticket and they sent me there I tried all of that and it did not work

When I play other games it’s fine it’s only overwatch that is giving me trouble and my internet is fine I was playing earlier and everything was fine I took a break and came back to play and now I’m getting the error message

Been having the same issue for 6 hours now, aka since the update went live. Been in contact with their customer support which has been absolutely no help. They told me to come to this forum for answers lol ridiculous. It’s literally only overwatch im having this issue with and it’s been all day.

They told me the same thing and I just wanted to play the new update I just hope it can get fixed soon so I can play

Same, I even bought a battle pass which they charged me for of course but now I can’t play at all. They just keep saying it’s my internet when I’ve explained repeatedly that I’m able to access every other game and app on my console with ease.

They told me they were looking into it and need more information so I sent more and now they haven’t said nothing for an hour now I just want to play

Sounds like we are encountering the same automated response… so disappointing. I wanted to play today but at this point my time for gaming today is basically over. I hope your situation is resolved soon as I have no more hope for mine to be fixed today :frowning:

My time for gaming is pretty much over for today I’m just disappointed it couldn’t be fixed so I could play today just hope tomorrow it will be fixed

I’m having the same issue, I tried everything in that article. I was able to log in on my buddies account from my Xbox and I got right it. My account won’t connect.

I’m in the same boat, been digging and this stupid error has been around for years and it seems that you basically just have to pray to whatever higher power you believe in, cause Blizzard support is useless when it comes to this one, love returning to the game 6+ years later, dropping money on it and only getting to play 2 matches before getting locked out of my account and ignored by support for the whole day

Did you or anyone having this glitch try connecting to discord to get the loot boxes because it started showing this error after I connected discord to my battle net account and was wondering if anyone else did

I have the same issue. Tried everything but no results. Really sucks, all my other games/internet is working fine. Yet they keep insisting the problem is on my end… So annoying.

Did you try to get the discord loot boxes? Because I think that might be the problem because it started happening to me like right after I did that
