I have been suspended from about 3 games due to being stuck at a screen that just says “Entering Game”. I don’t know what causes it but it gives me a loss, suspends me, and affects my rank.

There was a bug last year around April-June where a match would stall in “Applying Update” and would not allow you into the match, which also caused leaver penalties to trigger.
There was a workaround for that issue, as this only affected the first game you try to enter. Try entering the practice range as your first game to ensure your game client can enter games without issue before trying to jump straight into a comp match.
