There is a bug where the game gets stuck on the entering game screen and never puts you in which results in either you having to reset the game and get an abandoned game or being removed from inactivity if you wait too long on that screen. Its bs.

Yep and it’s getting more frequent for me and my wife. Dropped in rank due to this too.
