The enter key somehow has binded to a toggle fullscreen and windowed screen. I tried looking through the key binds and couldn’t even find that as an option to place a key bind for. I currently have Enter bound to open chat for All Heros, and I triple checked to make sure it wasn’t bound to anything else.
I don’t know if you’re still having this issue, but Alt+Enter toggles fullscreen. Maybe the game thinks your Alt key is permanently being held down?

^ this is most likely it! Sometimes windows may think you permanently hold down alt, simply by pressing it again will fix it most likely ^^
