What I mean is that there is no need for COMPLETELY SEPARATE MENU where you give out endorsements. We have final screen with cards and both teams.
So:
That’s it, you can easily vote cards and give out endorsements on the same screen instead of going to a completely separate menu and then even to another if you want to endorse an enemy.
What if I won’t want to wait for the final screen?

Welp I like the current menu. And it’s very easy and fast to use on controller.

On PC it looks quite annoying (for me at least) to go through multiple click in order to endorse someone when it could be done via one click. I still think hybrid system where both are possible would be cool.
I honestly forget endorsements exist and I’m pretty sure most players do too, so if you had a specific screen or split the card screen and added the ability to endorse, that would be great. Just make it louder and more out there.
The way I imagine it is like this:
End of game. The same screen as now, team avatars farther apart to the top and bottom.
Cards appear in the middle.
Endorsement buttons automatically appear under profile picks. A little more time is given for the whole thing, for players to vote on cards and give endorsements.
Make it as simple as possible.
