Endorsement Level Stuck at 0 – Can't Use Chat Despite Expire

Hi everyone,

I received a silence penalty on my account some time ago. According to a Game Master, the penalty has now expired. However, I’m still unable to use the chat function because my endorsement level remains at 0, which seems to be required to access chat again.

No matter what I do—playing matches or trying to behave positively—my endorsement level doesn’t increase at all. The Game Master advised me to post here so the issue can hopefully be looked into.

I’d really appreciate any help or guidance on how to resolve this.

unfortunately the only way to get your endorsement back up is by having other players endorse you (quite often too). so just keep trying to stay positive in games and help your team as much as you possibly can in hopes people will endorse you at the end of the match.

Another thing to point out, when people see someone that is an endorsement 0, it is usually an indicator to people that you are a toxic player since you got sanctioned to earn that. Hence making people not want to endorse you sadly.
