On around 6:30~7:00am 19/9 SGT, i was playing a custom game, then suddenly i was locked out of Overwatch, in the Battle.net app, below the “Shop Overwatch, Visit Website, Patch Notes”, a yellow text " ! Account Locked" is shown.
Launching Overwatch again tells me to verify my account via SMS, and then everything was fine after that.
But i noticed that my endorsement level has been reset to 0 (with gray circle), was 2 (with blue circle) before getting locked out, this did restricted me from accessing some social features.
I do not intend to play any game modes other than custom games anymore to receive endorsements, i demand to have my endorsement level 2 back.
This issue was already created as ticket #EU96445792 and the GM reply told me to submit the issue here:
So, unfortunately we as Customer Support cannot see, review or modify your endorsement level if you believe this level has been changed due to the SMS issue you faced, or any other reason we will need you to submit a Bug Report to the Developers to have a look into this potential problem.
