I opened a ticket and the GM told me that I should report it as a bug so here I am.

Blizzard is currently investigating this issue. It was also noted in the Known Bugs thread on the Bug Forum.

I speculate that they will have a bug fix provided within the next 5 days. As one of the directors has stated they hope to bring a patch out next week (this week)
There are other forums that you could post on instead of having to go through trouble to make a new thread based on the same topic
This happened to me too. Is overwatch going to do anything like give the levels back???
I don’t see how they can… I mean they’d have to pinpoint who it happened to (me as well) and reset it where it was - as in; give us back the exact same ‘ring’ we had that separates how many Shot Callers you got versus Good Teammate or Sportsmanship. I was proud of my orange (Shot Caller) out numbering the other two.
I cannot answer that question sorry.
