Why is it that we can not have any team communication at all with a 0 endorsement, especially in ranked. The devs want teamwork and stuff but can not even have that if we cant call out flanks, healing, etc. Yes sometimes people get sus for silly things cause people are upset you play xyz character or whatever the reason, doesn’t mean after a suspension is lifted, you should further be punished after serving time

I guess Blizzard wants to ensure you’ve learned your lesson 'cause it’s easy to state you have right away. To be sure someone learned something from their past toxicity can only been acknowledged over time.

It doesnt take too long to get level 2. If you play arcade and do a good job healing it could be done in 1 session.
let’s give an example, hey Smurfinator, gg you caust a 1 month suspension cause youre smurfing people do not like it, even though there is nothing against tos about it. Half the lobby report you for a false accused racism. now your level 3 endorse mean s nothing after taking awhile to get since you run into people who do not endorse you as much as you do them. now you got to wait however long to get speaking priv back.
