Encountering timeout issue

Greetings Blizzard,
I faced an issue of entering the blizzard server, which shows
“Sorry, we were unable to log you in. Timeout communicating with Blizzard service”
I have tried scan and repair, reinstalling, but nothing helps. The problem was faced yesterday and I thought today I could try again to log in but still failed. Hence, can I ask is there help for this issue?

Either something on your network like antivirus or firewall is blocking the connection, your internet is responding too slowly or with too much data loss to connect to the game. Can you provide a WinMTR?

The connection between your PC and the home router is losing 1% of data and the isp line after that is also showing the same. You should reboot your equipment and if you’re wireless try using a cable.
