Twice now I have been opening my 20th pity lootbox and loaded into a game, to come out and have the box show as empty. The first time I assumed it had just been added to my account and I hunted for it, but couldn’t find it. This time I searched again and I definitely did not get either legendary, nor anything else included in those 2 lootboxes. My friends have said the same thing has happened to them.

I had the same happen to me last night. I opened 6 boxes in one go and loaded into a game. Once I finished the game, the lootbox screen said I had 0 lootbox’s left & that i apparently got a legendary skin in one of the box’s but after looking through the hero gallery, I havn’t been able to find anything new on any of the heros. They need to implement a “previously earned” section to see what you’ve opened in case something like this happens.
I opened my lootbox and it was a blank page too (during the time of the bug my group accidently qued me) but then there was another bug where it didnt show me what was new in my hero menu (it does that now when you open your hero menu unless they took it away already) so now i have no idea if it even put anything in there and i couldnt find it either.
This is a known bug while opening boxes when you load into a game at the same time. It’s best to make sure to open your boxes while you are NOT queueing.
i haven’t needed to report anything like this before is there something special i should do to get the items or well they just appear in my inventory? my box was one of the mile stone boxes with guarantied in it
Unofortunately there is nothing you can do, and can’t say a solid answer if you actually got items or not. Why it’s best to just not be queueing while you open boxes.
