After buying a bundle with a code I didn’t recieve all the skins I was supposed to get, I bought Eldritch Mega Bundle only got Zen and LifeWeaver skins.

Same. I purchased through shop code through my phone and when I logged back into my OW account and went through the hero gallery, I had only received Zenyatta’s and Lifeweaver’s skin. The bundle was reduced from 4100 to 2000 something so I’m wondering if maybe the glitch is that the game thought we already had the Ana and Sigma skins.

Did you get your skins? It’s been months and I still don’t have mine. It’s quite frustrating honestly.
