I didnt pick up on an accent in reunion or the OW2 cinematic. Does she sound different to anyone else?
Yeah, I watched both Overwatch 2 and Echo Origin story. There is definitely a new tone in her voice.

May be she lost it over time. Its supposed to be like a real person may be.
it’s different because she isn’t raising her voice this time.
we’ve also only heard her say like, a few words in her origin story so we don’t really know if her voice is actually different or if that’s just how she sounds
She changed voice actresses, in Reunion it was a different person I’m pretty sure.

I think every time she has appeared her voice has been different. I wonder if they finally decided what she should sound like lol.
I noticed that too, it just makes me sad if her voice will be different from zero hour 
even if it just was a short voice line, i instantly fell in love with her voice.
