I really like the function that was added to Ana’s nano where you have the option to confirm your target before activating the ult.
Can we please do the same thing for Echo?
Far too many times it seems you end up duplicating an unintended target.

That feature was created for Echo’s ult. Ana’s ult got it as a byproduct.

Be careful of using it though, as it is buggy and sometimes doesn’t work.
Nope, Ana got that feature waaaaaaaaaay before Echo was even ANNOUNCED. Heck, I think before Sigma was released that was added to Ana…

Wrong.
The feature for Ana and Echo herself both got onto PTR on March 19th.

I think you’re thinking of a different option.
There’s something like nanoboost sensitivity or something you might be thinking of.
The confirm feature came out for on the Echo PTR patch for both Echo and Ana.

Sounds like its prob wont be fixed upon until OW 2… Just like the new Mercy UI with her beam… I imagine Echo will have a simiar Setup where the UI lets you know which hero your cursor is hovering/ who you will copy
