Echo shouldn’t be a pure utility support

I just tweaked my concept, and I think I may have a perfect balance.

Echo Hero concept

I made a hero concept just over a week ago that could work well for Echo. I’ve edited a new version with Echo, but I will also link the original hero concept below. Gameplay and abilities: Echo is an off tank/support hybrid. Echo is designed to sacrifice her own health for allies. She has 50 health and 250 shields to make up for this (300hp overall). These values may need to be adjusted to 50hp and 200 shields (250hp overall). I personally think Echo would be a 3 star difficultly hero. Prima…
