I noticed while playing the 2020 patch that Echo is not receiving accelerated ultimate charge while she’s duplicated. I copied a Lucio and amped healing while my whole team was low health and did consistent damage throughout my duplicate but ended my ult with only 25 duplicate ult charge. This happened every time I copied anyone. Echo has crazy ult charge while in duplicate now and I know that it was even more extreme back then.
