Echo Changes, because everyone else

Phara would not be called a echo replacement because phara has only two damage outputs… One is easily dodgeable, the other locks her into place while making her shout out loud, letting everyone know where to shoot their stun or damage. Unless phara can wipe out the entire team within a second, her ultimate is a suicide option, a sacrifice. Echo meanwhile can do that exact same ult, and escape without issue. I think these would be better. You have to take a delicate hand while balancing her. When you look at what other DPS can do, she isn’t as broken as people imply.
