Pretty bad bug here, echo bombs will straight up disappear and not do any damage if used shortly after Duplicating. HERE I linked a vid of it happening to me in game. I looked at similar posts and it seems to have been first observed around February 11 this year. Thanks for the help.

It is a gamebreaking bug, has been around for at least 3 months now. Wake up and fix it Blizzard
