If you eat two hours or less before playing comp you’re more likely to get cramps. I’ve heard that some say you might even be more likely to get agitated and throw.

I might as well be soft throwing if I play after eating. I need to divert all brainpower to digesting

They forbid us to eat heavy stuff before tournaments. Only light snacks in little amount.
But it has something to do with brain and focusing power

Don’t eat til you’re disgustingly full unless you’re going into hibernation. If you’re tired and feel like a sack of sh1t after a meal you’re probably doing something wrong
