Not really, dva, Winston and ball all have mobility to get out of situations, sigma has grasp and a stun, Zarya literally has an invincibility button with the highest DPS in the game when charged and hog has a one shot combo, a 300HP healing + damage resistance button. Rein is also the biggest target on your team with no mobility outside charge which if used incorrectly will get you killed plus he is always focused. None of the tanks require great aim either.
