Earbud recommendations?

If anyone here uses gaming earbuds for PC or has any insight on them I’d appreciate the help.

I’ve been wanting some good quality earbuds, as my headphones are just getting to be too heavy, hard to clean, and uncomfortable. But I’m not really sure where to start with them as I’ve never used earbuds for gaming, and I don’t trust any reviews in this day and age with how fake people are.

Only thing I really require from them is good sound, wireless (preferred), and for PC.

I dont think you stick the G502 into your ears. Its a mouse

Currently using CCA KZ ZSN Pro X Dual Driver In Ear Earphone arpund £22 on Amazon Cheap but very high quality sound if you don’t mind wired
Got it matched with quad cast 2 mic
Tried wireless headphones and like you said to heavy and after awhile head starts hurting
Couldn’t find decent wireless earbuds unless you wanna spend top £££

Oo those look nice, I’ll definitely look into them. Looks like there’s Bluetooth additions

The problem with earbuds is you lose positional audio. If you don’t care about that kind of thing, I find the new Apple Airpod 3’s are a nice comfortable fit, with a decent battery life, have good highs, mids, and lows. They get loud enough to where you don’t need them at full volume, and they’re on sale right now due to the holidays.

The best thing I find about the Airpod 3’s, is no mushy gel style cap things to put in your ear, it’s just the earphone that fits perfectly. Cleaning them is a breeze, and the case for them is also a charger, and it charges them from dead to full pretty quickly.

I don’t like the ones without the silicon caps. It feels… Wrong?

But on the other hand, I’ve never had a whole earbud get stuck in my ear and require a fun trip to the ER to remove. That was an experience.

I also like over-the-ear headphones, but they make my ears sweaty (Floridian humidity) And that’s not fun… I’m mostly fine with whatever I’m using, granted right now I’m using the crappiest dollar store pair of wired mic earbuds. Apparently the microphone peaks a lot…

There are plenty of headphones that are not heavy or uncomfortable. As for cleaning, ear pads should generally be replaced over time, but most can be taken off and washed.

I assume they were closed back headphones? Open back generally do not get sweaty, unless the room is so hot that everything is getting sweaty

I think so. I still use them, because I have them and they’ve been working for a few years. I just don’t use them when I’m working, because I get sweaty anyways.

Fellow sweaty floridian here. I cant give you wireless earbud recc. Sorry.

I can give some potential advice though.

Earbuds are overpriced and wireless is poop.

Theres lag on wireless. Inescapable.

And any cheap earbud style headphone should provide good sound with a decent driver and ear seal. EQ the output from your pc. Literally 5 dollar jBuds from TJmaxx cashier aisle.
The ear seal and EQ matter most in earbud headphones.

Throw a 3m peltor x4a or x1 over the top for noise cancellation and bass response.

Look into some studio reference headphones (the kind they use for mixing/mastering music) like Akg or Samson. Theyre light and made for long lasting comfort. Higher tier is like Sony MDR…

Earbuds seem like a bad choice for audio quality, clarity, and wearing them for extended periods. Also worse for cleanliness.

Don’t buy ear buds. Waste of money.

Check out Logitech pro blue. I have been using it for 5 years. This is my second one. Really good long lasting.

My five year old one is on my first pc. Still works as new.

Has multiple options to set sound and mic out put.

Designed for gamers and streamers.

Good clean quality nd easy to clean.

Earbuds increase the growth rate for bacteria by like 1 gorillion %. Its like you’re adding a little green house for the bacteria in your ears, keeps them warm and moist just how they like it.

These looks cool. ROG Cetra True Wireless SpeedNova
