I just played a game on gibraltar and she got her ult multiple times in the same fight. it’s insane

The D.Va was good then. It’s pretty difficult to charge multiple of them in one fight, and most of the time if a D.Va charges that many bombs, that means they also charged at least 2 enemy ultimates.

Was there an echo on the enemy team by any chance? I once had a dude in match chat complain I got two bombs in one fight but the first one wasn’t even me. I told him “We have an echo.” There was no response, I don’t know if he even saw it or was just embarrassed or what. Anyhow, yeah it’s generally not an ordinary thing to get two in a fight.

Dva getting her ult multiple times in a fight is not a Dva issue. It’s a problem with your team.

My guess as to the reason why is because your team shot at her every time she used DM, your team had no shield,so she was able to freely pelt your entire team, and y’all were huddled together like a school of fish making it easy for them to get ult off.

That is you and not me. I think her ult charge is fine, personally. Sometimes I get it fast, sometimes it takes me awhile. Depends on certain factors, like maps and characters picked and other things.
it means either the dva was good or people on your team were feeding ult charge
both of her ults charge speeds are fine, as call mech even with high damage is better to remech and get…mech while dva bomb is good but in this state eof the game much more eof a zoning tool then an ult like barage that is good at getting kills
I often play D.Va with a friend who mains Sombra, and together we will usually be neck-and-neck on our ult charges. One’s ultimate ability should be earned roughly at the same rate as the heroes they are intended to combo with (like EMP+Bomb) so that the resulting fluidity between their kits helps to promote the kind of teamwork this game is so reliant on. Since my friend and I go out of our way to combo EMP+Bomb as much as possible, and from my own experience seeing that neither of us ends up waiting on the other for too long, I’d say D.Va’s ult charge rate is fine and should not be tampered with. 
Dva gains ult about as fast as zarya, I dont know what you are talking about.
Unless you mean baby dva, than yeah, she does, which is the point.
I usually get DVA ult pretty quick when they decide to run Ball/Hog.
Makes the ult even better when they have no way to protect their team from it either.
I love being hooked, only to put up a full matrix and rockets, and just farm that sweet sweet ult charge.
