Not to mention there are Junkrat/Roadhog voicelines that refer to the Queen on Junkertown. But I guess she’s confirmed not a hero even though she has a first-person model already made

I could play devil’s advocate and say we don’t actually know that first-person model is for JQ. It’s just an informed guess. Jeff all but confirmed her as a hero back in the day though.
