[D.va squad] Overlord not a hero confirmed

Just stumbled across an interaction between d.va and tracer that I have never heard before.

D.va was explaining that Overlord is the best pilot or something in a way as if he is not around to be seen, which would be weird to have such conversation if he ends up in the same team with the d.va and tracer.

I mean he isn’t around them because he isn’t a hero yet.

Don’t overthink the interactions. The fact that they are mentioning another character is a good way to tease a future hero by giving a hint of a pilot better than DVA.

People talked about Doom quite a bit before he came in to the game. Brig too.

So they are going to remove the voice line just for the release? I doubt. They could have gone with a different line instead.

Speaking of voice lines for candidate heroes, they will have to remove the junker queen lines on junkertown too if she is going to be released.

Its a reare interaction. Like treacer sayin wanker. Or sombra interaction with Orisa.

Theres tone interactions but they can’t be played all.
Its like 2-3 interactions

So yea you got the rearest.
Sometimes even the new one are not often Playin I was waiting so long to hear moira and Hanzo interaction and yet nothing so I found on YouTube

I don’t see why they’d remove it, it will still make sense when overload is a playable character but not within the team.

This means nothing because this interaction still exists:

Mercy: “Pharah if your mother could see you now…”

Pharah: “There’s a first time for everything…”

Ana stands in spawn next to mercy awkwardly

Mercy also talks to rein about brig as if she isn’t standing right next to her.

Having “confirmed” in the title of this thread is actually clickbait.

Yes. Voice lines come and go all the time.

The voice line will have accomplished it’s purpose plus as of this point canonically none of them are on the same team so Tracer can only comment on what she has seen of DVA flying in reports.

Exactly. For example: most tank interactions when OW2 begins because of 5v5. Or any voiceline that mentions Cassidy’s old name.

Or the interaction between Echo and Ashe that references Cassidy?

There’s also a new interaction between Reaper and D.Va where Reaper says something along the lines “This isn’t a game” and D.Va says “Soldier 76 said the same thing.”
