I haven’t had any problems with claiming twitch drops since OW2 launched. I was able to claim the festive victory pose for D.VA without any problems but the Sleighing skin fails to unlock in my game even after 24 hours since “claiming” the skin on Twitch. I have disconnected and reconnected my twitch and battle.net accounts to see if that solved the claiming issue but that hasn’t worked either.

this is my exact issue I made my own post about it too, I got the pose but the skin never shows up… it’s been way over 36 hours and NOTHING

i’ve had the same issue, got the festive emote, but never recieved the skin. it’s been about 20 hours since i claimed it.

Same goes for me, I have recieved the victory pose, but the skin is nowhere to be found. I have disconnected and reconnected as well and it has been over 24 hours for me too.
I hope they fix this bug soon or maybe we just have to wait a bit longer. Still it is weird we did recieve the pose but not the skin

bump. same issue. festive pose and d.va skin claimed through twitch. accounts connected. festive pose shows unlocked, however, skin does not show unlocked.

I’m not even having the emote show up. Neither emote nor skin or appearing even if I filter for things I don’t own.

Same! And I can’t even link my twitch account back to battle.net even though it says that I’m connected on Battlenet. I claimed the DVA Skin and emote two days ago and only received the emote in game! I’ve NEVER had an issue with Twitch drops.

Same issue here. i claimed both the skin and pose. received the pose instantly but have yet to receive the skin. i sent them a support ticket but the reply was basically “thanks for letting us know but there is nothing we can do about it.” my battle net account and twitch account are linked, and again i already recieved the pose, so it’s definitely not that. i would really like to get this dva outfit because it’s my favorite outfit of hers… any help would be great.

hey, i figured out how to fix it thanks to someone. make a new twitch account, relink it to ur battlenet account, and rewatch the 6 hours. It worked for me
Same here, I got the emote but I’ve been waiting for the skins 5 days and nothing.
I have similar issue where I didn’t get the Festive victory pose even though I got the Sleighing skin which required more watch hours.
How is that possible when there’s a 7 day cool down if you add a new Twitch account?
