D.va Nano Cola Skin

Will it ever be available again? Will it ever come back? We Mei (lol) never know. I do know that I play D.va constantly now, she is one of my mains alongside Widowmaker and Mercy- ect… (odd combos, I know lol).
I started playing Overwatch in 2019 (later around September) and never was able to get the Nano Cola skin. I have 97/ 107 things for D.va (her limited-edition Pacific All-stars and the FM league skins included) I’m only missing a few voice lines which are not the problem. I just don’t have nano, I know ¨Its not a big deal…" but it is! To me at least, the nano cola cute but deadly colossal figure has come to my attention which makes me ask, does it allow you to get the Nano Cola skin? Even if most people would disagree that it isn’t worth it, I would throw my money at it.

It is tagged as legacy so it is unlikely to come again.

It won’t be returning, nor should it. It was an exclusive and I missed out and that’s all there is to it.

Sadly i don’t think it will, but i really wish they could do something when ow2 comes out. Like re-use some weekly challanges or maybe make the skins purchasable with using tokens or something?? I’m not so great with ideas like this lol.

But at least maybe do something about it so that new players or other players who didn’t have time or missed out also gets a chance to grab these skins.

Having no return skins is pretty dumb imo :roll_eyes:

Your best chance is remembering that other account that someone bought for you as a gift long ago, but you allowed them to play on it?

That account might have the skin, and you should ask that person to be sure.

You likely don’t have the old Valiant, Shock and Mayhem skins either and they are also unavailable. Just try to come to peace with them not being available.

(Also whisper it but that skin is super ugly and nobody would use it if it was a normal epic. Personally when I’m not repping Boston I use the Scavenger skin bc I think she looks better with short hair).

Is there a good reason? Only a good business reason, I guess. Keeping skins exclusive attracts and retains players.

Its possible they release it into the pool like they did with Oni Genji, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

The idea that people will pay more knowing they will miss out if they don’t buy it in a certain time frame, which in return causes depression and anxiety as well as social isolation. It’s evil.

P.S. It will probably come back for Overwatch 2.

Are probably never coming back, they are always marketed as a limited-time event skin to reward people playing the game at that time

had to check if i had it or not. it was one of those weekly challenge things i think. they never bring those back right?

or it says participated in d.va’s nano cola challenge. cant even remember doing that
