All of her perks are great.
I’ve been asking for shields and mega missiles for years and they actually did it.
This has been a massive W for Dva players
Also I was right about upgrades.

Where did you see her perks
Emongg went through each perk on every hero on his stream. Im guessing other streamers did too.

The skin is not surprising - it has to sell. The perks? Well. I’d say at least she didn’t get plain garbo like some heroes, but some of them (cough-cough, Ana) got such game-breaking “perks” that D.Va’s perks look like toys.
Though I’d wager it’s all subject to change.
