The Game against Mayhem (24th?) poko Played DVa the whole way through, as did Fury when he subbed in. Gargoyle even ended up going from Sigma to DVa.
If she was useless trash why would that happen?
OWLā¦ compared to ladder? Why would you EVER compare that to ladder? OWL is a way diff from the base game. Yes, D.Va is played in OWL we know that but sheās a throw pick on the main game.
D.Va only works there because they practice together for over 5+ months.

3 second boosters were pretty oppressive.
When we had 3 second boosters I never stopped smiling, so possibly too much
Hundreds of hours on her, but she is pretty terrible now so I hardly play her. Sheās been hilariously power crept.
Iād even consider Tanking if Orisa wasnāt an absolute joke right now as well, but her shield isnāt even worth putting down.

3 second boosters was never oppressive and anyone who says otherwise is straight up lying because they have no problem with hammond having a literally infinite movement ability. She died just as quick, but she had a chance to get away before dying. Just like so many mobile heroes in this game.
As for DM, it has never been the strongest ability in the game, and the devs being so bad at understanding their own game that they believed it was is exactly what killed overwatch. If you donāt literally hate D.Va, as the devs who ripped her identity apart and gave her playstyles to two tanks while deleting her do, youād realize barriers are and have always been the strongest.
If they had not deleted D.Va, double shield would never have mattered. If it had been possible to run anything but a shield to defend your team, and D.Va was a choice, we never would have needed to rework all shields in the game. But they could never admit they did her wrong, and that every single meta in this game was not, despite their constant nerfs, actually D.Vaās fault.
All they had to do was let D.Va tank again, so you didnāt need double shield to beat double shield. But considering itās clear they have no interest in balancing correctly and letting her be a tank, I guess Iām done with this game.

I gave up my status as a 250+ (thereabouts) hour D.Va main last year during Double Barrier when she was at her worst. I miss herā¦

Iāll forever be a D.va main. Every other D.va main can leave, and Iāll still have her as my main. I had argued that D.vaās fine, and it was a very strong argument, but I guess my wordāsā¦useless. Ridiculous. Stupid. Iāve been highly underrated. By everybody. Just like my main. Currently. Lately. Look, the reason I ask for no buffs or nerfs is because I donāt want there to be a moment where, say, you add a buff to D.va. But then, because of the buff, she becomes too strong, so she gets nerfed.
Then everybody cries. I just donāt want there to be a roller coaster. I really believe D.vaās fine, but too much arguments, negate my word. I would like everybody to just give me a chance. Iām no dev, but I know what Iām talking about. But, because Iām so underrated, unheard, Iāll never be heard. As hard as I try, it all getsā¦flown away. Iāve tried to help the game be better for not even just myself, but for everybody. The community. The devs.
But, I get sounded out. Do whatever you need to for D.va. Because my word will never matter, will it? Not in a world where Iām never given a chance. Even if I poured in so much time on my favorite character, and so much time in a game I truly enjoy playing. I would fight for my main some more, but you know what? Iām a shadow that you cannot see. So why would I fight? When you all think Iām so pathetic when I attempt to help others? I tried to help with Bastion, Sym, and many more. But was it ever taken into consideration?

All the shields are making dva bomb less effective. Without dva bomb, where is the potg? No potg, why are you evening main her?

Everything counters D.Va bomb. Arguably D.Va bomb is the worst ult in the game.

Itās pretty sad. She helped me learn the game.
But comp showed off her potential and messed it up for all the casual matches.
Now sheās just a really fat DPS and ult battery. When I face her in quickplay, I actually feel bad. All you can really do is hide in a corner until the enemy is nearby.

It is true that Rein is easy going and fast to learn but what makes this tank better than the others is the barrier which keep the team behind him, so this way Rein is very hard t flank.
Itās also true that D.Va isnāt a big problem to take down, which doesnāt feel right.
At least when she booster-charge on an enemy, this should deal damage just like the hamster do.
I do have fun to chill out on a skirmish with D.Va but I donāt play her, so I canāt point out what could be fixed.
Anyhow, I really like to team up with a D.Va, I admit that itās the tank I prefer when I play Soldier76, both have a great mobility, while D.Va can get hit, 76 can heal her a bit and deal plenty of damage.
And when I play support (which I do 9 games on 10) I like to have a D.Va who knows how much damage she can take under a said circumstance, because she becomes an efficient Ult generator.

I liked 3 sec booster dva she was so fun wish they would get it back it was op in a way like say if you were chasing a widow she cant bait grapple you but her critbox makes up for any part of her OP ness, honestly they need to buff her dm back a bit, she is still the most fun tank for me even though every one punches me around like a tin can.

a lot of characters are not really viable right now, the thing with dva is she is really popular
im pretty sure this is why the buffed genji even though there are worse picks, they might do the same for her

Dva is the Ana in the Moira ana matchup. Anyone can just go zarya and pop off, but Dva will always be a better hero and the stronger one. In comp more people play zarya for some reason, but dva outclasses in owl etc.
