Yes, thats right, D.Va hasn’t gotten a skin in a year. She’s the only character who hasn’t gotten a skin. I hope with the new summer games event she gets what she needs: a skin.
Maybe we get: Arcade D.Va or even a Cyper D.Va or Casual D.Va to go with hanzo or someone.

Genji hasn’t yet, his latest skin was during summer games, which it hasn’t been a year yet.
Symmetra has not gotten a skin in a long time. The Blizzcon one does not count.
but, if we want a skin for d.va, probably She Will have it for the next halloween and not for this Summer games.
But the gap between his all stars skin and the blizzcon skin was over a year though.
She got one during archives, which was the BEST epic skin the game has ever seen!
