To start, Dva is the most versatile tank in the game, This is due to her whole kit. Starting with primary fire though there isn’t much but she needs to have some form of repercussion for being able to fire infinitely without much/any problems. Some potential solutions could be slower movement speed when she’s Firing. Boosters, she is able to have more mobility then ball and monkey combined this is due to her short cooldown and long distance travel time, what changes I could see here could possibly be shorter travel distance, longer cooldown. Next defense matrix, she is able to “eat” any form of damage and healing every second including but not limited to ultimate ability’s, it has a ten meter range making it a formidable ability and can used during her booster making this a game changing ability. Next micro missiles, being able to deal damage whilst using defense matrix and booster makes Dva the most formidable 1v1 character to date. Dealing upwards to maximum 126 damage. A possible solution could be decrease the damage output. Finally her ultimate ability self destruct, arguably the best ultimate in the entire game, making any and all forms of space and separation with incredible range. Dealing upwards to a 1000 damage, killing any and all hero’s. This ultimate is incredibly game changing in any aspect. Not include the fact you can use booster to move and send the ultimate anywhere she pleases. This concludes my Tedtalk.

0/10 effort bait. But, sure, I’ll bite, because I know at least a few somebodies out there will seriously agree with the OP due to their blind hatred of D.Va. 
Why does she need to be anchored to one spot when her guns and missiles are individually weak, and together, never line up due to one being projectile and the other hitscan (with ridiculous spread)? You can already walk away from her while shooting at her to lessen her threat against you.
Each one of these heroes individually can put more distance in one instance of time (leap) than D.Va takes herself to boost there. Ball literally and figuratively spins circles around D.Va with his insane mobility.
Boosters allow her to fly for 2 seconds. That’s it! They have a 5-second cooldown. Her other offensive and defensive abilities do not fill that entire gap, leaving her vulnerable to counterattack every time she boosts after someone.
How much shorter travel distance does it need to be? Brig’s bash levels of short?
Winston travels further than D.Va in one leap.
Reinhardt travels further than D.Va in one charge.
Ball travels much further than D.Va basically all the time.
Want D.Va to be a hybrid “dive and stand her ground” type of hero? Then prepare to buff her uptime in her Defense Matrix and increase the availability of her missiles. Maybe up the damage of her weapons to make her more threatening when in her space.
Oh, you’re not going to give her a compensation buff? You just want EZ Feed.Va then.
Like beams? Or melee attacks? Or any sustained projectile damage shot in her general direction for more than two seconds??
She eats projectiles only, which would be Moira’s healing orbs, and Ana’s and Baptiste’s healing shots. Healing auras, healing sprays, healing beams, and Zenyatta’s healing orbs heal through Defense Matrix!
She eats damaging ultimates? Like Rein’s Earthshatter? Sigma’s Grav Flux? Another Self Destruct? Junkrat’s tire? She consumes all of Reaper’s Deathblossom? She consumes all of Hog’s Whole Hog? Moira’s beam ultimate? Which btw leads to healing ultimates, since it heals too… She eat’s Lucio’s beat drop? Zenyatta’s Transcendence? Mercy’s Valkyrie? Ana’s Nanoboost?
…making it in serious need of being reverted back to 15 meters to work properly, or at least a partial 12 m to compromise. Especially given how awful DM performed in the beta. The devs even acknowledged that their stats showed that D.Va was dying too much.
Ooh, two character abilities can be used together! So game-changing! So unbalanced!
So D.Va blows all three of her cooldowns: boosting toward you, her Defense Matrix and her Missiles. Great. Now she’s left with a good 2 seconds of down time before she can DM any damage, her Missiles are down for 8 seconds, and her boosters need 5 before she can escape. Her guns you can dodge by getting right into her face and dancing all around her while shooting in her general direction. You’ll hit her giant, center-of-mass head because it’s impossible to miss when it fills up your entire screen. And there is nothing she can do to defend herself, dissuade you, or try to flee (as you can keep up with her walk speed), to avoid feeding her 600 HP worth of mech ult charge to you.
Assuming direct hits. Can’t even kill an AFK Tracer (150 HP) or a baby D.Va (150 HP) with such middling damage.
Missiles are already harmless! Is their purpose in the game supposed to be just cosmetic?

It’s got falloff damage, it can’t hurt you if you hide behind cover. Try a palm tree. You’ll be surprised at how effective they are at protecting you from a nuclear bomb!
Every single hero in the game can counter D.Va’s bomb in some way, be it a shield, an escape ability, has extra mobility to help them reach behind cover, or a CC that can be used to save themselves. Several heroes can save other teammates, and potentially their entire team from D.Va’s bomb using their shields or abilities.
How could the devs have overlooked such a game-breaking self combo for so long! They need to patch the bug that enables boosters to propel the bomb midflight. D.Va should only be able to press Q and have the bomb drop to the ground and remain stationary, amiright?

I love how they came in with a long paragraph explaining Dva’s kit to us as if most of us haven’t been playing the game for 6 years and they’re enlightening us all for the first time. I dunno why I found this post so cute, like it was an essay written by a 12yo who’s just had an epiphany. Describing her ultimate as the best most game changing ultimate was the most epically bronze take I’ve ever heard yet I can’t stop smiling. I’m assuming it’s a troll, and if it is, well done. Haven’t chuckled alll the way through at a post this way in a long time.
