If I was in charge of balancing I’d increase bomb Ult charge by like 300% or better yet not allow her to get free resets with it. Absolutely obnoxious to play against since she rarely dies same with sigma.

Unless your tank is smart enough to go Zarya that is hell I’ve seen some Ramattra’s roll her too but I don’t think he is really a counter.

My guy no one sees bomb as lethal unless it’s in the depths of bronze, it’s easy to take cover from, what any sane human being finds annoying about it is that it’s used to essentially gets her a second health bar when you manage to demech her. Easily one of the most frustrating feeling in the game.

You know as a Kiriko main I find this reaction from D.va mains funny they try to point to other obnoxious heroes meanwhile I know the hero I play is the peak of being an absolutely annoying hero and I revel in it.

You’d be surprised at the overlap between D.Va mains and Kiriko mains. Join us. It’s fun to play both heroes. Seriously, give D.Va a try. A lot of us play both heroes. Kiriko is my most played support and D.Va my most played tank. It’s super common.

Also, if you play D.Va it won’t take you very long at all to figure out all her weaknesses. She’s much easier to beat than you think. Learn her, and learn how to beat her too.

You can’t say something is unbalanced and needs to be nerfed when there are multiple heroes who do it better. Also, annoying doesn’t mean op. I could think of several heroes who are much more annoying as well. I also play Kiriko and widow and can totally see why people get frustrated with them. Dva however? Not as much. She only annoys me when I want to ult and am playing Solider. But dva counters hitscans. As much as I hate getting countered as dva, I’m not yelling about Zarya and Sym being op despite them countering dva harder than she counters anything else. That’s a game design issue not a hero design issue.

Zarya obliterates Dva and was recently buffed.

For reference, she kills Dva’s mech from full hp in 4 - 7.5 seconds, depending on her charge. That is how long Dva can stay in a fight against Zarya, who also outranges her. You don’t even need a remotely good Zarya player as the mech is near impossible to miss.

In the match up Dva only has a chance on a small handful of maps with good, consistent high ground and her team also ignores the Zarya and doesn’t charge her up. One of the hardest counters in the game.

If you lose to Dva, I’m willing to bet it’s only because your team didn’t want to swap. Also, you’re using a soldier icon, and Dva is one of the very few heroes that can completely shut you down

Where are you seeing Dva every game? Every time a friend or I try to go Dva there’s always a Zarya, which doesn’t mean shes automatically countered it doesn’t always work, but we just always see the Zarya counter swap like immediately so I dare say skill issue lol

Man it’s been a long time since we’ve been on the “nerf D.Va” arc.

And I don’t see her that often so I can’t figure out why. I’m seeing Wrecking Ball every match and how people seem to feel about D.Va is how I feel about that annoying rat.
