Just played a game of Stadium with DVa and at some point I started to be instantly killed when out of mech but still stood there as a ghost for 6 or 7 seconds (and could move). Then it made me respawned 2 times in row, with about 6 or 7 seconds delay between them. It did that to me starting in 3rd round. Replay codes of the 3rd and 4th round of my game 4P8W7P and 7M7VBB.
same thing happened to me, it seems to be caused by getting the item that converts 100 health to shields and the item that convert 100 health to armor at the same time
The glitch started when I had both of those so it would add up. I will try to avoid taking them in the same build, thanks for the insight.
