No worries we all started somewhere. Just kinda sad about all the stuff you missed. The Sombra ARG for example.
Back then Overwatch made a lot of things to keep us interested and working together. Lots of hints for new heroes hidden in Maps and things like that. Thats pretty much the reason why so many especially launch players are so bitter nowadays. We just remember when the game was so much more than just a tryhard PvP Game.

Yeah would’ve been cool to see the Sombra ARG and the Pink Mercy Charity event, but I’m hoping that they’ll continue to do special events

I feel the try hard PvP game. Cant even play D.Va without everyone on the enemy team switching to beams

The toxicity is the worst part for me personally. Everyone just blames the next person and tries to dictate what they are supposed to play and how.
I remember back in the day when there was no meta, when cass had no damage fall off and full damage fan the hammer. I remember when Hanzo had his tank killing scatter and was considered the worst hero in the game. Back then the community was way more chilled. Everyone was bad and everyone knew they were just as bad as the other person. The toxicity was much rarer and easier to ignore.

How do you feel about the White Cat D.Va skin? Do you like it? I think it’s super cute.

You can’t buy just the skin. It requires you to buy the entire package. The people at Blizzard aren’t very smart. They could make millions on the skins if they’d just sell the legendary ones for $10.
If you don’t mind me answering this, I love black and white cat D.Va. White cat D.Va I like a bit less than black cat, the color scheme was a bit eh but besides that I think it’s a pretty good skin! I would recommend you using OW1 coins to buy it if you’re planning to 
White cat is downgrade from black cat just due to the hair.
Orange doesn’t fit Dva all that well.
The new aqua skin has it too but it looks better imo

For normal people the skin is $26 because Blizzard are doing their best to hide the fact that you can buy individual cosmetics in the hero gallery for $19 or 1900 coins.
If you go to the hero gallery while OW2 cosmetics are available in the shop, the option to buy individual items from a bundle shows up.
OW2 cosmetics (yes you can buy the skin without having to buy the whole bundle):
- Legendary skins - 1900 coins
- Epic skins - 1000 coins
- Emotes - 500 coins
- Voice lines - 100 coins
Remember when they used to ask you to pay to NOT see the ads?

I’ve tried buying just the skin, and it wants me to buy the bundle.
You have to go to the hero gallery, not the shop. Go to the hero gallery and you see that this skin costs 1900 coins. Click on it and you can buy it.
If there’s a bug that makes people unable to buy the skin, Blizzard could be sued because the bundle says it’s discounted by 29%.
Since I’m not buying the skin I cannot confirm if what you say is true and that you can’t buy the skin in the hero gallery.
If it’s true, contact Blizzard. If that doesn’t help, see if you can report Blizzard to your local consumer protection authorities since this is illegal in many countries.
People threatened to take legal action in season 1 which is why Blizzard in season 2 made players able to buy individual items by going to the hero gallery. Blizzard doesn’t show the option to buy individual items in the shop because they intentionally want players to spend more money than they need to.

It’s a shame the prices are so outlandish. If the skins were $10, I’d buy them. I use to have everything D’Va, but that price for a lazy re-color is appalling.
