Here’s how I play zen against a Dva: I hide behind cover in the backline on an off angle from the main lane, Dva dives onto a target I charge up my secondary and discord her (discord has a faster travel speed than his primary does so it is applied before my orbs hit) Dva loses nearly half of her hp before she even realises I am there.
I move closer to my team so I have back up when she tries to go for me constantly peppering her with orbs. Before she realises it her mech is gone and she is useless.

50% agree, if a tank has good team, and the other one doesn’t, the enabled tank can bully almost anyone they want

Yeah that’s the problem, tanks are way too dependent on their teammates now and they have little to no carry potential on there own.
Everyone just sees this big target with lots of hp and focuses all of their attention and blame on them.
That’s the reason tank is unpopular, you’re an easy scapegoat when your team isn’t doing well.

If a tank dives you as a dps or support you are dead
You will not chew through 700hp before they kill you and they arent lacking damage for their massive health pools compared to any other game with a tank role. Overwatch is the only game where tanks do more dmg than dps heroes whilst having 3x the health

I think you have just forgotten how to play in a dive meta my dude. It’s totally possible to counter dive. Again, Zen is hard meta S+ tier right now. So, if you can’t make him work, that’s just a skill issue.

Dva definitely does not. You have to land almost every missile to deal decent damage that will still get out healed by any healing at all.

I don’t think dva is op. She can impact soldiers damage though, which is priceless rn

Mauga=151 DPS
Soldier= 117 DPS (without helix rocket)
Mauga does slightly more (when firing both guns at point blank range) most of the time he will be doing ~87 DPS (more accuracy at range with a single gun) nowhere near 2x damage.
It was only double after you ignite enemies and use both guns at point blank range (which you wouldn’t really do against a squishy because many of your shots would miss.
For fun
Dva does 146dps at point blank range if you hit every pellet every single time.
And zen does 150dps from any range, with a secondary fire that when charged deals 300 damage in less than a second
By the time Dva gets within optimal range of a zen a zen could have done more than 500 damage to her. even with body shots.

You shouldn’t be able to win 1v1 vs a tank. It’s more surviving when you get dove on and getting some help to peel for you make make Dva back off or kill her then. I love messing with a diving Dva on both Lucio or Bap. Draw her attention make her go the wrong way to chase you then overrun her with the rest of your team when shes wasted her cooldowns trying to get you.
