Every time I get a kill as DVa while in my mech it’s being counted as two kills, and the narrator says double kill. This extends to multiple kills, so 2 is saying quadruple kill and 3 kills saying sextuple kill.
This was funny at first, but it’s starting to make the game unplayable because I never actually know how many kills are happening. If I get a kill as pilot DVa the count is right, and bomb kill counts are correct, so I’m 100% sure that DVa’s mech is somehow doubling her kills earned.
I don’t think I’m allowed to post screenshots here, but my best multikill with DVa is now 10.
I’m 1 tricking DVa until I get the elusive 12 kill

Yeah, I noticed it too during unranked. After I died my screen showed 18 player kill streak, yet when I checked the scoreboard I only saw 11 kills. It’s so weird, and I hope they change it soon. I don’t wanna feel like I’m doing good when in reality I’m doing jack. 
I just played a game with the same situation. Had a 40 player kill streak near the end of the game. I was playing on blizzard world.
It’s actually so game-breaking in deathmatch because these double kills are counting for 2 points. She’s getting double ult charge rate too from what I’m hearing, but haven’t tested that too much. Beyond me why she isn’t disabled yet.

I had a 14 kill streak with only 7 elims
my real DVa kill streak record is 44, I think I might be able to break that if I try hard enough to not die
It seems to do this with Junkrat too, but only the tires. I got a 2K tire, it announced “quadruple kill”, then I killed #3 and it called it quintuple, #4 called it sextuple, and when I killed the last player it was like “…” 
I’m wondering if it’s some sort of weird entity count bug, like because D.Va and her mech count as two entities, and Junk and his tire count as two entities?
Is this even being looked at? It’s been 2 weeks no acknowledgements?

Also having this exact issue.
Makes tanking REALLY hard when you think you’re boosting into a 3v5 when it’s a 4v5 and so on.

It’s not just D.Va. Every kill I get as Junkrat is says double kill. If I get 2 kills it’s Quadruple.
I thought it was only the tire? At least in practice range only the tire counts as 2
Also had this all season long. Still happening today after mid-season patch.
Thought this would have been fixed. We have had a couple patches now, and it’s still happening 
It’s not even in the known issues, so I dunno what’s going on.
They’d literally only have to play 1 game as DVa to repeat it.

It’s been doing my head in actually, having to ignore it particularly when double kills are getting called quad kills is actually a bit jarring
so does blizzard not know about this? it’s still happening. when I play other heroes now double kill means nothing to me
If blizzard knows they haven’t been telling us, it’s been there since the “new” season 1 and haven’t heard a word about it from the blizz side.
Look at the amount of unanswered threads, it’s a total disaster at this point.
This is the official method of reporting issues and there are bugs present since OW2 beta that I still can’t get anobody to look at
