Dual monitor setup get stutter

so i have 2 monitors ,
1 is 240hz 1 is 144hz(set at 60hz ) both are 2560x1440 resolution both are using disportport
RAM 32GB
CPU is 17-10700k
Display card is 3070ti

i find out that no matter what i do , there is stutter in game 0.5 second freezing , usually 1 time per game(per game mean finding a new game in queue)

there is nothing running in the second display except the static wallpaper in window, no streaming , or watching video

  • in game graphics is everything low,
  • using " --tank_WorkerThreadCount 4" in battlenet
  • always fullscreen, but also tried borderless screen same thing
  • g-sync on or off
  • setting the GPU to max power usage in nvidia panel
  • closing overlay like msi afterburn+riva tuner, xbox game bar etc
  • disable fullscreen optimization in overwatch.exe properties
  • window and nvidia driver are update
  • using nvidiaProfileInspector >5 common>multi display/mixed GPU acceleration>change the single display performance mode to multiplay display performance mode

the only solution i find out is disable the monitor in nvidia control panel or using the internal graphic card(luckily i have , i never find it useful and disable in bios)

anyone get any idea how to fix it , using the same display card to output 2 monitor without stuttering

Happens to me aswell with dual monitors, if you alt tab at any point the game will start to stutter. Runs perfect till you alt tab the first time.

in my case i don’t think there is relation with alt+tab
but i believe may be i force the display card to run in its highest fps (cap at 400)
