So there is a Widowmaker Dryad Icon but you dont unlock it with the skin.
So how do you get it? Will this randomly be available for 100 coins in the shop/gallery? Or do i have to wait like 5 seasons till the skin bundle comes in the shop?
Ps. im still waiting to be able to unlock those missing Season 2 cosmetics. They are literally in the game for 3 season.
There is lot of icons of skins, that were sold in shop in bundles, but those icons never got offered…

The Aztec Sombra spray is in the game since S2, but you simply cant get it.
Same with the S2 name cards like Minotaur, Medusa, Aztec.
Owl Guardian Mercy icon wasn’t included in the bundle either and there’s seemingly no possible way to obtain it.
True, totally forgot that one, another one im missing thats in the game since S2 and not obtainable.
support ticket directed me here , i too have this issue and i spent a lot of money so i could have the skin and icon and everything . Because the only way to buy that skin was the 20 lvl bp skip bundle . Blizz can u stop breaking yo game plz .

Since the Sombra Aztec Spray and Name Card was just now made available as the skin came back in the shop even though they have been in the game since Season 2 i guess we need to wait till maybe someday the skin will be in the shop.
I have multiple times asked the devs but nothing as usual.
Every time you have some legit problem and submitt ticket to the support - they love to just tell you to create topic on forums. Feels almost like “We don´t know - we don´t care, but go on forums to get some symphaty”.

The dude in the callcenter/emailforward has no idea and likely has never met an actual blizzard employee. They’re just a subcontracted company with a flowchart. If your problem isn’t on the flowchart or you don’t accept their answer you get directed here.

I was also moved here from customer service, not only i am missing dryad icon but also boarder from Medusa bundle. Seems like its not good idea to pay anything that has something to do with widowmaker…
The widow dryad skin is a shop skin, it will rotate into the shop eventually just like her medusa skin has appeared twice in the shop now

Its not just Widow multiple other things are also missing like the Mercy owl icon.
Yeah great it only took them 4 seasons to finally give us the medusa card and minotaur icon/card and the owl Mercy icon is still not available even though the skin came back once and is now given away for free.
Maybe when we are lucky we get the dryad icon in season 9, as its apparently really difficult for our small indie devs to include all the things belonging to a skin.
I was directed here, but only after i replied again for customer service they decided tell me Dryad icon is never been avaible in game before .
Does anyone remember how much medusa bundle was in past? Because i’m questioning was it 1900 or 2200 coins as it is now. Whats point of buying bundles if you will miss stuff from bundle anyway? Is this on purpose so people would “pay more” by accident? like now name card is from profile 300, but if you click bundle it is like what 179?
Damn i missed that, in S2 it was 2200 (3100 with an 29% off) but there you only got the skin, intro and souvenir now you also get the card for the same 2200 (3400 with 35% off) coins. Meaning people who bought it in S2 pay more for the whole bundle than people who buy it now. Its really impressive how they constantly manage to out do themself when it comes to predatory practises.
The Rein bundle is even worse since is also costs 1900 like in S2 but you now get a card and icon with it.
