For the Ramatra drops. My accounts are linked on both ends, and I’ve received all other drops like the Brigitte weapon charm. I’ve tried logging in and out on app and browser. It just doesn’t show any drops to be earned in Twitch.

I think sometimes the Twitch drops just don’t work. They’ve all worked for me except the Mitzi charm. They all say claimed on the Twitch page, but that one just never showed up for me, even though the new drops from yesterday were credited to my account just fine. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone get this resolved through Blizzard, so I think we’re just screwed.

Im still yet to get the donut charm, its listed as claimed on twitch but not ingame, appart from that the only issues ive had claiming drops seem to be a repeating error on twitch’s side, whenever i go to claim a drop i get a banner at the top of my screen saying “Error Occurred Drop was not claimed.” and its bugging me to no end

For me drops aren’t even showing on twitch, like I’m not signed in or something But I am.
I wanna know who can help us, My drop show now 2 day and i still dont have the skin. Since the support say Sorry we cant help you. WHO CAN!
Same here. Both this and last round of twitch drops. Twitch shows all are claimed and I am linked. Help article did not offer anything and blizzard is not interested in helping. They don’t even let you post the same reply to the many threads calling out the issues with drops so many are having.
