Hahahahahahahahahaha. Gotta love it. I’ve said that a lot of times before. Finally accepting the “2” did waaaaaay too much damage to the whole IP, so now we’re gonna pretend it never happened, just like McCowboy. Unironically, the best decision.

They basically confirmed that “redefining the sequel” was a mistake.
They killed the OG OW1 for this “sequel experiment”.

Eh, well at the time when it was conceptualized and all the marketing was made for it. It waaaaaaaaas a good idea.
But then everything feel apart on a global scale right after they set the plans in motion.
I prefer just Overwatch anyway.
Its not like you can pick and choose between OW1 and OW2.
It’s a soft admittance that OW2 was a mistake. Sadly Overwatch is forever scarred by the horrid PvE disaster, but I’m glad they’re putting in the work to make it as good as they can. A bit of a No-Man’s Sky situation.
