The lower ranked brackets are already mostly just stomp games; fair games are practically nonexistent, making up only about 5% of all matches.
And whenever drives are active, it’s truly unplayable. People don’t care if they die, the typical Quickmatch phenomenon – running in and seeing what happens.
Give quickmatch-only players their own drives already, so they’ll leave us ranked players alone!
Every drive season is the same, people who put 999 hours of QP and 2 on Competitive joins into competitive an do horrible at every rank they get placed.
-No counter pick
-No awareness
-No teamwork
They play competitive like they do in QP, and also RQ leaving you 4vs5.
QP players shouldn’t be allowed to queue up for Compettive in Drives season.
Yeah, of course it doesn’t work. Every drive, players who only play Quick Match crawl into ranked because there are “cool” rewards. That has to stop; they should either get their own drives or the same ones. It doesn’t matter anyway whether you have a flashy player card or a colorful name.
Personally, I’d even give them cooler rewards in quickmatch, as long as these people don’t get into ranked and ruin the games for us like they always have.
This part fr, people think countering wins them the game but it’s not that at all cause then ur sacrificing ur skill and time into other heroes and lose skill in ur main focus
Not trying to be rude no need to be a jerk, he’s right because of all the people focusing on countering and still losing because they haven’t had much time played on said hero but if they were to shift their focus on a hero they actually enjoy and like playing and put in insane hours into they will most definitely shoot up the ranks. Ya there’s counters and counterswapping but how are you going to counter against a hero that has so many years invested into one hero they always play on and know how every ability works and utilizes it to its maximum potential and knows pathing and difference between every map with that one hero ? There’s a lot more to learn then just counter swapping thinking everything’s going to be fine. You can’t counter someone if they literally know that hero inside and out on every map against every hero
It also feels repetitive. He essentially says several times that someone with thousands of hours on one hero can overcome counters through experience. That’s a reasonable central point, but it could be stated in about half as many words.
…and since you also like to yap, it’s understandable that you two get along.
