Why do Drives only last 3 days? I’m in a constant spiral of win-loss, where I gain 17 and lose 30, so even if I perfectly maintain that, I physically will not have enough time in these 3 days to complete the drive. This should last 2 weeks minimum. Which braindead developer thought a 2-3 day period was even remotely long enough. Maybe if it was 300-400 points between checkpoints, but 500? This is ridiculous.
Well well well, Tbh if you me losing more then I’m winning ur populating a rank you shouldn’t be in. Drives brought out literal competitive drive. I think drives is a great addition, They should make another drive like metric that is scoreboard based
I just don’t believe that though, because (and I know numbers aren’t everything, but they do count for something) near every game, win OR loss, on support I have both the most healing AND the most damage of any support in the lobby, usually with the highest kills, if not close to it (I play Juno 24/7). I honestly think I’m fine where I am, but I’ve been stuck between 1700 and 2200 drive score for the past 6 hours, and what that tells me is that drives need to last longer, so I’m not tearing my hair out with the knowledge that I won’t be able to complete the whole drive even though I’ve spent my entire weekend doing nothing but playing comp (the worst way to spend a weekend).
Ohhh , I see. Is your account older by chance? And have you tried making a Ult. What’s ur rank?? Do you play other FPS and if so what’s you performance like? Are you a “Carry”
Lot of questions, and yeah I played Overwatch 1 on release (pre-ordered the game) but barely played it at all tbh, and didn’t pick the game back up til around the time of the Kpop collab last November (I think). I started the Drive getting placed in Gold 1 (I don’t really play comp), then worked my way to Plat 4, but after getting the 1700 checkpoint it’s just been derank queue over and over. The worst part is, I’m not losing all at once, I haven’t actually dropped back to 1700 even once yet, but I’ve hit between 2000-2190 about 5-6 times now, but can never seem to win the last game, and when it hurts the most, I’ll lose a second game in a row, just to keep my score from being within checkpoint range. I’m fine deranking, I don’t care about my Overwatch rank of all things in life, but I want to complete this Drive, and the system with which to do that is god-awful. Also I play other shooters sometimes, I was really big into Fortnite for a few years recently, I played the COD games a bit too, with MW2019, BO Cold War, and MW2 (newer one), as well as Warzone, but haven’t touched those in a while. My Fortnite winrate for a good bit was around 33%, but then it started to drop a tad once I got put into the really sweaty lobbies. Also idk what a “Carry” is defined as, but maybe no? Maybe yes? I’m typically either the best performer on my team in my comp games, if not the second best, but I haven’t been the worst on my team even once yet, even when trying out other roles. I wouldn’t say I “carry” though, Juno just begets good stats by nature, but my aim is pretty good I’d say.
Sound like the MM to be honest. If you were a potato they would give u skilled teammates
Nah. Drives let me know who to blame.
Like why did this non-red named loser on my team even made it on my team?
