Tanks:
Roadhog: Does not grant any ult charge to enemies while using TaB
Blocks enemy lines of sight during TaB
These changes are to make body blocking a much larger part of Hog’s playstyle and allow him to block Earth Shatter and other strong ultimates so he’s not the only survivor every time.
Orisa: Junker skin added
Buffs coolness by 20% might be OP but i think its worth it.
Hammond: reduced speed at which his quad cannons gain spread by 30%
The idea is to allow Hammond to poke and pester a bit more without fully committing into a cc storm.
Supports:
Brigitte: barrier hp increased to 900
Size doubled.
Brigitte recieves 50% less healing from Inspire, except during her ultimate.
Inspire is now is proc’d by repair pack but doing so in this way only gives it a duration of three seconds.
Lucio: healing auras no longer stack.
These changes are meant to change Brigitte’s role into an enabler of comps without anchor tanks, using her armor and barrier to assist off tanks in protecting the team. Instead of being a support + off-tank hybrid she’d be a support+main tank hybrid.
Dps:
Torbjorn: +50 turret hp.
It just dies too fast. Nuff said.
Symmetra: gains ult charge while photon barrier is active.
Teleporter deploys 30% faster
Turret cooldown reduced to 8 seconds.
Ticks are calculated differently so her primary is more realistic as an option
Sym’s too slow for this game, nuff said.
Hanzo: Has this ever happened to anyone else? you’ll be walking out of spawn, be in a hallway and unable to see anything, and then two dragons just show up out of no where and kill you without a warning. Im all for dying like a chump 90% of the time, but dragon strike shouldn’t penatrate the spawn building.
Junkrat: grenade size reverted to 0.3
Hp dropped to 150
Concussion mine fall-off nerf reverted
Steel trap diameter doubled
Junkrat can now hold up to two traps
Steel trap now has 150 hp
These changes are meant to make Junkrat harder to play in lower ranks and more effective for more skilled players by turning him into a glass cannon.
Soldier 76: helix rocket cooldown reduced by 1 second.
Beer can radius increased to 11 meters
Cooldown decreased by 1 second
Allows 76 to use the healing can during a fight without making his footwork predictable. The lower cooldowns encourage 76 players to better apply constant pressure onto the enemy to make up for not having high impact, high cooldown skills like storm arrows or dynamite.
Bastion: tank forme cooldown decreased by 10%
Tank form is a high skill ceiling and flexible ultimate. Giving Bastion players more access to it will not only make him less reliant on turret cheese, but also make him less reliant on constant shielding and body guarding.
Pharah (pc only): latest changes: reverted beside the cooldown reduction on concussion blast
New ability: dive
8 to 10 second cooldown, Pharah rapidly descends to avoid sightlines and quickly get to her team for support, as well as potentially approach unsuspected enemies.
First 100 hp changed to shield hp.
