Mercy:
General:

  • Weapon switch time cut in half;

Ult: Ressurection

  • 3 sec cast time in third person camera
  • While casting, you and nearby allies have 75% dmg reduction and Mercy can float in the air
  • Two beams connect to 2 nearby dead allies: yellow and lightblue. You can switch dead target by using primary and secondary fire (corresponding to color of the beam)
  • When casting ends, your connected targets get ressed, and you get a buff where you can use both beams at the same time 50% stronger for 5 sec.

Healing beam:

  • healing increased to 60

Symmetra:
General:

  • Moved back to support;
  • Teammates can see Symmetra’s deployables through walls;
  • Can no longer place her turrets nor use her orbs before the match starts;
    - Ult charge adjusted to compensate;

Photon Projector:
Primary

  • Moira ”lock-on” mechanics;
  • 100 ammo;
  • 9 meters range;
  • Damage per second: 75 to 90 to 105 to 120 to 135;
    (OR:90 to 100 to 110 to 120 to 130)
  • Ramps up on barriers, no longer refills ammo on damaging barriers
  • Can pick up items again; #MakeSymmGreatAgain

Secondary

  • 2.0 Symmetra’s orbs that can be spammed at speed of 3.0
  • Smallest orb size increased by 50%;
  • Smallest orb damage increased (80 DPS?);
  • If orb is released at less than 5% charge, it moves at 50 meters per second but no longer pierces.

Weapon Switch:
Architech’s Gauntlet

  • Switch time of 0.5 second;
  • 6 ammo;
  • Reload of 1.8 seconds;
  • Symmetra is 25% slower when reloading;
  • Idle animation of old turret placement stance

Primary (Turret)

  • Deployed as destroyable projectile that snaps to surface;
  • 1 HP, 39 Armor;
  • 15 damage per second per turret;
  • Has no cooldown, costs 1 ammo instead;
  • Symmetra can have up to 6 turrets available;
  • Turrets apply 30% movement speed decrease per turret (capped at 75%);
  • Turrets now reveal damaged enemy to team;

Secondary (Teleporter)

  • Two way teleporter between Symmetra and target location;
  • Range increased to 35 meters;
  • Interaction range increased by 33%;
  • Costs 3 ammo;
  • Can be used below 3 ammo;
  • Teleporter pad deployed further from Symmetra can be used instantly;
  • No longer teleports turrets;

First Ability: Photon Barrier

  • Elliptical shield that moves forward at Symmetra’s run speed;
  • Now uses current ult deploy animation instead (longer cast time);
  • Cooldown reduced to 7 seconds;
  • Barrier HP reduced to 500;

Second ability: Defense Projection

  • Old Photon Barrier/Shields animation;
  • Channel Barrier health on ally, similar to Zarya bubble or Brigitte armor pack;
  • 25 meters range;
  • Gives 160 barrier health decaying at rate of 40/sec;
  • 4 sec CD;

Ultimate: Shield Generator

  • Current ult idle stance visuals;
  • Increased health to 200 HP, 400 shields;
  • Increased buff range to 60 meters;
  • Range can be seen with a blue circle, like Lucio’s aura;
  • Can be deployed at up to 25 meters away from Symmetra;
  • No longer gives 75 shields;
  • Now converts 75% health to shields;
  • When ally within range of SG takes lethal damage, he stays at 1 HP and gains 75 barrier health that decays at rate of 15/sec, 15 sec CD;
  • Restores your Architech’s Glove ammo after casting;

Sombra:

  • Moved to support;

New ability: Holographic Healthpack

  • Done by pressing primary while in hack console;
  • Places holographic image of the last hacked healthpack where you aim. Teammates can use it like a normal healthpack.
  • 10 sec CD;

Hack:

  • hacked healthpack duration increased by 25%;

Stealth:

  • Now grants 70% move speed increase for the first 5 sec of stealth:

Orisa:
Supercharger:

  • Now also grants CC immunity

Hanzo:
Lunge:

  • Cooldown increased to 6 sec
  • Distance reduced by 15%

Storm arrows:

  • Cooodown reduced to 8 sec;
  • Duration increased by 2 sec;
  • Now have reverse fall off, up to 50% damage less at point blank range

Mei:
General:

  • Moved to Tank
  • HP increased to 450

Primary:

  • No longer freezes, it caps at 90% slow
  • Range increased by 5 m
  • Slow duration increased by 1 sec

Secondary:

  • Has 40% dmg fall-off

Ice block:

  • Healing increased by 100

Ice wall:

  • Wall HP increased by 100
  • Cooldown reduced by 2 sec.

Bastion:
General:

  • Moved to Tank category
  • Sentry and reckon mode have separate HP pools
  • Reckon HP increased to 600

Primary (Reckon mode)

  • Damage, range reduced;

New ability: Scrap barrier

  • In sentry mode, it creates barrier similar to his early release that lasts 5 seconds
  • In reckon mode, it creates a small entity that moves at a very low speed. The entity projects a 850 HP rectangual shield that is bended at its ends.
  • Shotting entity with your primary fire from the back side accelerates its speed, while shotting from its front slows down and eventually changes direction of its movement.
