100% the matchmaker behaves like this and it is absolutely the main reason people look at ranked OW and OW in general the way they do. Just taking out forced streaks would make the game 1000000000000000000 times more enjoyable but there is a very stubborn person on the OW team who believes passionately that this is how the matchmaking needs to work.

You said multiple times how you helped many people to climb. Where exactly are they? I didnt se one person who climbed to support you in here. I have nothing personal against you and I am not flaming you. I just dont like you spreading stuff which was debunked many times by multiple people and instead of teaching people in low ranks how system works you feed them your theory.
If I remember you said in another topic that some accounts cannot be carried because of system so how can your special algorithm work if it didnt help them?
