DPS's opinion should be considered the least

This is my opinion. I think DPS is the most fun, and for now, the msot impactful role. Tanks are the center of the gameplay loop. And then comes supports. But mostly tanks dictate how the gameplay goes.

DPS having the most impact, having the biggest hero pool, having the most fun, and being able to answer to anything the enemy hero can do, they should complain and demand the least. DPS having so much fun and impact, yet they try to deny tank issues or support issues, it’s just ridiculous. Yet when their favourite dps is nerfed for 0.1%, they will cry for eternity, like with Genji or Sombra.

So my opinion priority is:

One - Tank
Two - Support

Zero - DPS

How about this, everyone’s opinion should be considered no matter what role they play?

No, because it’s shown that when tank issues are raised, dps players actively silence that opinion. And when a dps is OP or too strong, they gaslight everyone, like season 1 genjis saying that genj is not strong, in fact needs buffs, or how now Sombra players say sombra is weak and so easy to counter. You get the idea.

Queue times says no.

the most popular, skilled role opinions shouldn’t matter? Na na healbot supports and raidboss tanks

Tanks and support tears when dps aren’t cosmetic.

And then Tanks become unstoppable raid bosses if they only listen to tank mains opinions. Which will just result in a bad experience for DPS and Support mains, I don’t think you guys understand how hard it is to balance this game.

Doesnt really matter. Queue times win.

If we want the most picked queue to get games in a reasonable timeframe with good quality matchups, the least popular role needs to be picked more, so they matter more.

That’s why there’s 1 tank…fixed queue times tremendously. You act like 5v5 isn’t a thing zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I didnt mention tanks, i said “least picked role”.

5v5 didnt fix that.

This is literally what you are doing;

I am showing that when DPS raise issues, I as a tank man (with a support partner duo) am now attempting to silence DPS players by actively campaigning against them on the forum

So because people have different opinions they shouldn’t be listened to or respected at all. You sound like a dictator.

I don’t think dps players are complaining about queues though. Probably because they’re significantly better right now. The only times I hear queues get brought up is when we discuss 6v6 vs 5v5 and when someone wants To use it as a way the push a standard. Such as “we need more tanks” we really don’t, we got rid of one for the reason that there aren’t enough for the game. 3 min waits for average players isn’t an issue.

It’s always fun when people act like dps heroes are all amazing and their mains are loving how the game is right now.

psst
Zero means they’d take priority over One and Two
either that or you have Tank and Support backwards

Yeah, absolutely, that’s why i put match quality in there too.

Queue times and match quality are linked through the matchmaker. The MM gets more relaxed over time - it starts widening the skill gap of players it can choose for a game. Matches get better when there are more players to pick from in the smaller roles.

As a support main I have to say this. You are wrong.

What role or hero someone mains or what rank they play at has no bearing on how valuable their opinion is. What are you doing here is really weird and broad attempt at ad hominem fallacy.

When damage player has an opinion, address that opinion. Not dismiss it with “you are damage player so your opinion doesn’t matter”.

After season 9, DPS does not take skill. Playing Tank is infinitely harder than just turning your brain off and playing DPS, racking in free value without thinking. DPS was already the strongest role with 15%, now at 20% it’s not even close. I’m sorry you can’t accept the fact you don’t have what it takes to carry.

Hitscan and Genji players have ruined the game 100%

In an ideal world yes sadly this isnt an ideal world. Dps mains at least the loudest ones have the most skewed perspective of how the game is/should be.

I flex a lot, but DPS mainly, and DPS was never close to cosmetic in OW2. What are you even trying to say?
