That’s because you have to time the boop. Booping him after uppercut is the best way. It also depends what type of slam it is. Arch slams he can boop and will most likely lead to a kill as doom is now just flying through the sky, stuck in a slam animation.
I mean honestly, yes but not really.
The only people who have EVER played doom have been practically doom one tricks. The only time that wasn’t the case was when he was the only hero who could physically be used at all.
He’ll see maybe a bit of a spike in pickrate but it most likely will be for the first 2 weeks then people will realize they still suck at him and they’ll go back to the regularly scheduled hitscan abusing.
I just want doom mains to be able to play the hero and not feel like dying every half a second.
