For OW or fps’s in general is it gooder (yes I said gooder) to have High mouse dpi and low in-game mouse sensitivity or vice-versa?
I got some good tips here as i had high dpi and kinda high in game sensitivity.
800 dpi and 9 in game. Works for me and has steadly improved my aim.
1600-2000 is the best range. No pixel skipping, smoother and not too high. Overall it does not matter much. The basic rule is the higher your sens the higher your dpi should be. For example with a 86.6cm/360 400dpi, 4 is better than 1600, 1 but for a 18cm/360 1000dpi, 7.5 is better than 500dpi , 15. Iäll repeat myself and say it really does not matter too much.
Dpi does not matter too much to be honest just dont set it below 400. It will look like you are lagging because of pixel skipping like mentioned, I heard somewhere that 800 is good for native resolutions for some reason…I don’t know if thats true but its what majority of players use. Nothing wrong with 1000-2000 though, anything higher you might have issues if trying to convert to other games while converting sens you might have a realllly low number for example 3 sens in OW is only .9 in apex/csgo. So if you have 4000 dpi and want 1.5 sens in ow cuz anything higher is crazy it will be only .45 sens in apex/csgo

I like to rock 800 DPI + 3.00 in game sensitivity because I pretend I’m good like the pros.
This one’s good, too. He actually has a whole range of videos on aim, movement, etc. But this is probably the most relevant to the question.
