DOT shouldnt apply dps passive

Certain abilities like ashe’s dynamite and sojourn’s orb apply the dps passive for so long that it provides way too much value even when out of los of the enemies. i think these abilities shouldnt apply dps passive, or for ashe’s dynamite only the initial explosion should but the fire damage shouldnt

The dps passive was a mistake, should have just nerfed the problematic healing instead of blanket needing the healing output of all supports, leading to subsequent buffs to make up for the dps passive

Turrets as well.
To think Blizzard thinks Bob pumping out auto-aimed healing reduction is balanced and fine is ludicrous.
Ults applying it as well is pretty silly, especially Echo who can pick Mauga and then whoopsie daisy, Mauga now has the DPS passive.

i think ults are iffy to consider because theyre supposed to be strong, echo losing the dps passive on copying a tank would feel weird and bob i feel might deserve it, at least for bob’s initial melee. sym and torbs turrets probably shouldnt apply the passive tho

Sure öets nerr supports again. Dont cry when no one plays support then

I don’t understand why it matters. If you have good support, or great map knowledge of health packs…this is a non issue.
And honestly if you are dying to a Moira ball, you were at a low health state, you were going to die anyway…

The thing is… for the complainers ANY healing is problematic, no matter how low.

Some people are out there complaining about harmony orb level healing.
